Tianjian Group's (000090.SZ) subsidiary won the bid for a $9.75 million project in the intention collection stage of the urban village renovation project.

According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Tianjian Group (000090.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Shenzhen Tianjian Urban Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "City Development Company") has received the "Winning Notification" from the Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Center, confirming that City Development Company has been selected as the service provider for the South Mengdun City Village Reconstruction Project in Bugui Street, Longgang District, and will sign a contract on May 30, 2025. The bid price for the project is 9.75 million RMB.
