Huakong Saige: Chairman, Board Secretary, and Deputy General Manager Resign.

Huakong Saige announced that the board of directors received written resignation reports from Chairman Wei Bingzhang, board secretary Ding Qin, and vice general manager Pan Jinghui on June 3, 2025. Wei Bingzhang resigned from the positions of chairman and director of the company due to personnel rearrangement at the controlling shareholder Huarongtai. Ding Qin and Pan Jinghui applied to resign from their positions as board secretary and vice general manager respectively. The above resignations will take effect from the date of delivery to the board. Qin Junping, a director, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of board secretary until a new board secretary is appointed. The company will promptly complete the election and appointment of relevant personnel.
