The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) released its Economic Outlook report on the 3rd, predicting that under the impact of factors such as economic and trade policy uncertainty, the US economy will grow by 1.6% this year. This is a 0.6 percentage point downgrade from the March forecast, making it the major economy with the most significant slowdown. At the same time, unlike the trend of slowing inflation expectations in G20 countries, overall inflation expectations in the United States this year have been revised upward by 0.4 percentage points from the March forecast to 3.2%.
