The "Qichacha" app shows that recently, Wex Smart Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Xia Jianpei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of hydraulic power machinery and components, import and export of goods, import and export agency services, sales of casting machinery, sales of CNC machine tools, sales of semiconductor device special equipment, and sales of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the equity penetration displayed by "Qichacha," the company is wholly owned by Ningbo Wex Hydraulic Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bose Inc.
