According to the Tianyancha App, Shenzhen Sweet Potato Robot Co., Ltd. recently underwent a change in its business registration, with its registered capital increasing from 200 million RMB to 630 million RMB, an increase of 215%. The company was established in January 2024, with Wang Cong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, internet data services, sales of intelligent robots, retail and wholesale of computer software and hardware and auxiliary equipment, information technology consulting services, integrated circuit chip design and services, etc., fully owned by D-Robotics Holding Limited. Public information shows that Sweet Potato Robot was spun off from the autopilot chip company Horizon Robotics' robotics division, focusing on the development of the underlying computing platform for consumer-level robots.
