Hankou Bank plans to absorb and merge Yangxin Hanyin Rural Bank and establish branches.

According to the official website of Hankou Bank, the bank will hold its annual shareholders' meeting in mid-June, where they will review the proposal to acquire Yangxin Hanyin Rural Bank and establish branch offices.
