Galaxy Securities released an A-share strategy research report stating that the rotation speed of sectors has accelerated recently, and the market is still in a volatile pattern with no significant increase in trading volume, and the market is still mainly driven by existing stocks. There is still considerable uncertainty in the external markets. On May 29, the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals approved the Trump administration's request to temporarily suspend a ruling made by the U.S. International Trade Court. Although the current phase of the trade agreement between China and the U.S. has temporarily eased external trade pressures, the Trump administration's policies still remain volatile. In the short term, the market may continue to see volatility, focusing on changes in external tariffs and the pace of domestic policy implementation. With a series of domestic policy supports, the market's adjustment space is limited. Additionally, during the Lujiazui Forum on June 18-19, several major financial policies are expected to be announced, which may support market expectations, suggesting to pay attention to structural opportunities. In the long term, the A-share market will continue to reflect the essence of "taking ownership." With the Central Huijin Investment Corporation playing a role similar to a "stabilization fund," policies that promote the entry of medium to long term funds into the market will provide a more solid foundation for the stable operation of the A-share market.
