Intelligence Finance APP News, Zhengtong Automobile (01728.HK) and tenderer Xinda Automobile (Hong Kong) Limited jointly announced that the related subscription matters were completed on June 2, 2025. According to the related subscription matters, the company will issue and distribute 0.15 Hong Kong dollars per share at the subscription price, and the tenderer will subscribe for 6.669 billion shares of subscription shares, with a total cash consideration of 1 billion Hong Kong dollars. The subscription shares account for approximately 66.58% of the issued shares as of the date of this joint announcement.
