Sunlord Electronics: Chairman Yuan Jinyu intends to reduce his holding of the company by no more than 1.69%.

Shunluo Electronics announced on the evening of June 2nd that Chairman Yuan Jinyu holds 6.78% of the company's shares and plans to reduce his holdings by a total of no more than 13.37 million shares through centralized auction trading and block trading.
