Greenpass Technology (301322.SZ) is planning to acquire no less than 51% equity stake in Da Mo Semiconductor to expand its business into the semiconductor industry.

Xinhua Finance News, Green Pass Technology (301322.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire at least 51% equity of Jiangsu Dama Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dama Semiconductor" or the "target company") in cash. After the completion of this transaction, the company is expected to achieve a controlling stake in the target company.
