Beijing Core evening announcement, the company's wholly-owned second-level subsidiary, Gu'an Core, plans to invest in the construction and operation of a distributed photovoltaic power station project at the factory site of Yungu Technology Co., Ltd. The electricity provided by this project will be prioritized for supply to Yungu Technology Co., Ltd. at a discounted rate as agreed. The total investment amount for this project is approximately 17 million yuan, of which the company's subsidiary, New Energy Technology, will increase its capital in Gu'an Core by no more than 5.1 million yuan.
