Jiangsu Gaoyou: People who purchase a residential property of over 144 square meters in the urban area will receive a maximum subsidy of 50,000 yuan.

According to the Housing and Construction Bureau of Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province, on May 31, the 2025 Gaoyou City Duanwu Happy Home Buying Week officially kicked off and will last until June 6. During this period, buyers with a master's or doctoral degree who purchase residential properties in urban real estate projects with an area of 144 square meters or more will receive a subsidy of 50,000 yuan per unit, while those with an area of less than 144 square meters will receive a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per unit; buyers with a bachelor's degree who purchase residential properties in urban real estate projects with an area of 144 square meters or more will receive a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per unit, while those with an area of less than 144 square meters will receive a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per unit; buyers with an associate degree who purchase residential properties in urban real estate projects with an area of 144 square meters or more will receive a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per unit, while those with an area of less than 144 square meters will receive a subsidy of 20,000 yuan per unit; if the buyer's education level does not meet the standard but there is a immediate family member with an associate degree or higher, they will receive a subsidy of 10,000 yuan per unit when purchasing residential properties in urban real estate projects. For all types of buyers mentioned above, if they purchase residential properties in rural real estate projects, the subsidy will be 50% of the standard. A total of 150 talent home buying subsidy vouchers will be provided during this home buying week. During the event, buyers can receive the talent home buying subsidy voucher at the Housing and Construction Bureau Real Estate Market Supervision Section in the city after registering with their ID card and proof of education level. If there are fewer than 150 applicants, they will all receive the relevant subsidy; if there are more than 150, the winners will be determined by a draw conducted by the city notary office.
