China FAW: The total vehicle sales volume exceeded 261,300 units in May, an increase of 7.5% year-on-year.

FAW Group released the fast report of May sales in 2025 on June 1. The data shows that FAW Group's total vehicle sales for the month surpassed 261,300 units, an increase of 7.5% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the sales of self-owned brand passenger vehicles reached 46,900 units, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%; the sales of self-owned new energy models continued to surge, with a single-month sales exceeding 23,200 units, a year-on-year increase of over 69.8%. The joint venture brand sector maintained its position in the industry's leading camp, contributing 193,400 units in sales.
