Looking ahead to the month of June, the China Index Research Institute believes that the policy environment of the real estate market in June is expected to remain loose, combined with the approaching mid-year sales season, leading real estate companies to increase their pace of new project launches and promotional efforts. It is expected that core city markets will continue to recover, but differences in market performance between different cities and between new and old projects will persist. "In the long run, we believe that the real estate market will eventually stabilize; however, in the short term, market differentiation is likely to continue," Yi Han Think Tank stated. To break this uneven trend, efforts are needed from both the supply and demand sides: the market needs to shift from broad stimulation to more detailed regulation, allowing different sectors to return to a balance between supply and demand and stabilize prices; for real estate companies, they need to accurately position themselves, optimize their business strategies, and build high-quality "good houses" to break through the current market situation.
