During the 4th China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo and International Consumer Goods Expo held recently, a cooperation and exchange meeting between Heilongjiang and Zhejiang parks was held. Zhang Ruohui, Director of the Management Office of the Development Zone of Heilongjiang Province's Department of Commerce, stated in his speech that the two provinces will use parks as a platform to promote economic and trade cooperation to new heights. Zheng Ninghai, Vice President of the Development Zone Research Association of Zhejiang Province, stated that Zhejiang has vast cooperation opportunities with Heilongjiang in areas such as stable grain supply and synergistic industrial chains. For example, Zhejiang companies can stabilize their grain sources through Heilongjiang and improve their supply chains, while Heilongjiang can introduce Zhejiang technologies to enhance the added value of agricultural products. This exchange meeting not only discussed ideas, but also promoted cooperation through specific projects. At the meeting, the Development Zone Research Association of Zhejiang Province and the Development Zone Association of Heilongjiang Province signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, and Shaoxing Keqiao Economic Development Zone reached a cooperative agreement with Hailin Economic Development Zone, marking the transition of cooperation between the two provinces from "intention" to "implementation" and paving the way for the landing of future projects.
