Shanxi Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce holds a seminar on "Standardizing Enterprise-related Law Enforcement to Promote High-quality Development of Private Economy"

In order to further implement the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the private enterprises symposium, and further study and promote the Law on Encouraging the Development of Private Economy, fully play the coordinating role of the United Front Work Mechanism of the private economy, on May 28th, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, together with the Provincial Department of Justice, the Provincial Procuratorate, and the Provincial Bureau of Private Economy Development, held a symposium on "Standardizing Enterprise-related Law Enforcement to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Private Economy". The meeting reported on the progress of the province's special action to standardize administrative law enforcement related to enterprises, the work of the provincial procuratorial organs on "special supervision of illegal cross-regional law enforcement and interest-oriented law enforcement" and the handling of appeals from private enterprises in the first quarter. The leaders of relevant business associations and representatives of private enterprises focused on the problems and challenges encountered by business associations and enterprises in administrative law enforcement related to enterprises, and put forward suggestions and opinions. Officials from the Provincial Procuratorate, the Provincial Department of Justice, and the Provincial Bureau of Private Economy Development answered questions and explained doubts one by one regarding policies, regulations, and procedures, and preached the importance, goals, measures, and key tasks of standardizing administrative law enforcement related to enterprises.
