Thirteen A-share listed companies are planning to go public in Hong Kong this month. Zijin Mining plans to spin off Zijin Gold International and list it on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Recently, A-share listed companies have been rushing to list in Hong Kong. According to incomplete statistics, as of the time of writing, including such companies as National Technology, Hehe Information, Shantui Holding, Zijin Mining, Guoen Holding, Weir Share, Longqi Technology, Chaohongji, Zhaoyi Innovation, Meg Intelligent, New Ore Holding, Junxin Holding, and Wol Mining have disclosed plans to list their companies or split subsidiaries in Hong Kong. Among them, Zijin Mining announced on May 26 that it plans to split Zijin Gold International for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
