They emphasized the need to deeply study and implement the important instructions and guidelines on safety production by General Secretary Xi Jinping, attach great importance, further strengthen responsibilities, ensure thorough risk investigation, ensure safety supervision, enhance control of major hazards, ensure smooth transport services, implement emergency response and holiday scheduling work to ensure the safe and smooth travel of the people. It is necessary to strengthen industry operation monitoring and dispatch command, enhance analysis and judgment, promptly dispatch reminders, and pre-deploy forces. Disaster weather prevention and response work should be done well, and the early warning "call and response" mechanism and responsibility system should be strictly implemented. Transport service guarantee work should be done well, congestion-prone sections should be unblocked, and charging service guarantee for new energy vehicles should be strengthened. Close attention should be paid to water safety, implement three-tier responsibility, onboard supervision and other measures, and ensure corporate responsibility. Strengthen control of major hazards, focusing on "two passengers and one danger" vehicles, high-risk road sections and bridges, tunnels, water passenger ships, etc., detail measures and preventively guard against risks, and effectively implement the work.
