The Vice President of the National Defense University led a delegation to attend the memorial service.

Last night, the 22nd Shangri-La Dialogue opened in Singapore. Hu Gangfeng, Vice-President and Director of Education of the National Defense University of the People's Liberation Army of China, led the Chinese delegation to attend the dialogue. Today, Hu Gangfeng will attend the third thematic session "Maritime Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region". The dialogue will last until June 1st.
