The China University of Political Science and Law signed an agreement with Tashkent State University of Law to deepen cooperation.

China University of Political Science and Law and Tashkent State Law University of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of understanding on the 30th, agreeing to jointly launch the "Belt and Road" Legal Education Alliance and cooperate on various issues such as international arbitration and dispute resolution. Jiang Zeting, secretary of the Party Committee of China University of Political Science and Law, said at the signing ceremony that the Global Rule of Law Leadership Academy being established by the university will focus on serving the construction of a community of shared destiny between China and Uzbekistan, with Central Asia and other regions as key directions for enrollment, recruiting and training future legal leaders who are well-versed in regional law and global governance. Tashkent State Law University's acting president Rustam Bikov stated that deep cooperation in the field of Sino-Uzbek legal studies is an important support for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative, expressing willingness to fully leverage their strengths and work together with China University of Political Science and Law to actively contribute to the exchange and mutual learning of regional legal civilizations.
