According to the announcement of Yimikang, the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets this time, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 311 million yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, all funds raised will be used for the construction project of computing power infrastructure temperature control products, the research and development testing platform project of computing power infrastructure temperature control products, and the supplementary working capital project. The number of shares issued this time will not exceed 30% of the total share capital of the company before the issuance, that is, not more than 132 million shares.
