Mei Wei Corporation: intends to issue convertible bonds to raise funds of no more than 1.967 billion yuan.

On the evening of May 30th, Maiwei Corporation announced that it plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to raise funds totaling no more than 1.967 billion yuan to be used for the industrialization project of perovskite layered solar cell equipment, after deduction of issuance costs.
