Report: Extreme Kangxi investors criticized Geely's privatization bid as too low.

Insiders said that five early investors of Kuaishou have written a letter stating that Geely's privatization bid is too low and does not reflect the fair value of Kuaishou. The investors include CATL, Intel Capital, Boyu Capital, Bilibili, and Cathay Fortune, all of whom participated in Kuaishou's first round of external financing. These investors have sent two letters to the company and a special committee evaluating the privatization proposal. Y2 Capital also sent a similar letter to Geely's leadership. Y2 Capital is an investor in Kuaishou's IPO.
