Shannon Core Innovation announced on the evening of May 30 that some of the company's controlling shareholders, Linghui Cornerstone and Hongwei Cornerstone-Huaying Fund, reached a consensus with Liu Qingke on the termination of the transfer of company shares and signed the "Agreement on the Termination of the Transfer of Shares Agreement of Shannon Core Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.". The company had previously announced that Linghui Cornerstone and Hongwei Cornerstone-Huaying Fund intended to transfer a total of 5% of the company's shares held at a price of 27.32 yuan/share through an agreement transfer to Liu Qingke, with a total amount of 625 million yuan.
