("Beiqi Molding"), 51% equity of Langfang Anduotuo (Langfang) Seat Co., Ltd. ("Langfang Anduotuo"), 100% equity of Yinanfa Smart Alliance Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. ("Smart Alliance Technology"), and 50% equity of Langfang Laini Wiring System Co., Ltd. ("Laini Wiring") held by Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. ("Hainachuan") through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and to issue shares to no more than 35 (inclusive) specific objects meeting the conditions to raise matching funds. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
