Controlling shareholder releases pledge of 29.86 million shares.

Zhongke Electric announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Yu Xin, has released a pledge of 23.18 million shares, accounting for 28.75% of the shares held by him and 3.38% of the total share capital of the company; at the same time, a pledge of 6.68 million shares has been released, accounting for 8.29% of the shares held by him and 0.97% of the total share capital of the company. The total number of shares released from the pledge in the two transactions is 29.86 million shares, accounting for 37.04% of the shares held by him and 4.36% of the total share capital of the company. This release of pledged shares will not result in a change in the company's actual control.
