National Development and Reform Commission: Further reduce credit reporting service fees
The National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice stating that the benchmark service fee for querying enterprise credit reports by commercial banks and other institutions is 9 yuan per report, and the benchmark service fee for querying personal credit reports is 1 yuan per report. The actual fee standard is calculated based on the amount and volume of data provided by the user institution to the credit reporting system. The calculation method for excess data is based on the cumulative refund method, and specific formulas and billing methods continue to be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Further Lowering the Service Fee Standards of the People's Bank of China Credit Reporting Center". Eleven types of financial institutions, including rural commercial banks, rural cooperative banks, rural credit cooperatives, village banks, small loan companies, consumer finance companies, financing leasing companies, financing guarantee companies, private banks, independent legal person direct banks, and domestic insurance underwriting institutions, enjoy preferential fees for querying enterprise and personal credit reports. The above-mentioned institutions that enjoy the preferential policies are charged at a rate of 4.5 yuan per report for querying enterprise credit reports, and 0.5 yuan per report for querying personal credit reports.
