The Qichacha app shows that recently, Dezhou Jiujie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Li Kang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of electric bicycles; sales of assisted electric bicycles, scooters, and accessories; sales of smart unmanned aerial vehicles; sales of recreation and entertainment products, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Jiuan Medical.
