On May 30th, the Yunnan Nanhua 200MW/400MWh independent shared energy storage power station, constructed by China Railway 25th Bureau, successfully achieved grid connection and power generation. This project is located in Nanhua County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is one of the key projects in Yunnan's "14th Five-Year Plan" for energy, with a total planned land area of approximately 77.3 acres and a final capacity of 400MW/800MWh for the energy storage power station. The current construction scale is 200MW/400MWh, consisting of 40 sets of lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage units and one 220kV booster station. This project will effectively enhance the new energy integration capacity, peak load regulation capability, and power supply guarantee capability in Chuxiong, Yunnan.
