Director of the National Railway Administration, Fei Dongbin, lead a delegation to visit Latin America to promote international railway exchange and cooperation.

From May 19th to 26th, Fei Dongbin, the director of the National Railway Administration, was invited to lead a delegation to visit Brazil, Chile, and Peru. On May 21st, 23rd, and 26th, Fei Dongbin held talks with Brazilian Minister of Transportation Renan, Chilean Acting Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications Dasa, Peruvian Minister of Economy and Finance Reyes, and Peruvian Minister of Transportation and Communications Sandoval, respectively. The meeting adopted the "Beijing Declaration," which clearly states that China and Latin America will deepen exchanges and mutual learning in the field of connectivity, promote sustainable infrastructure construction and connectivity, and enhance the level of connectivity between the two sides.
