Today, the State Post Bureau held a press conference, where relevant officials introduced the contents of the "Opinions of the State Post Bureau on Accelerating the Development of Postal Industry Technology". The "Opinions" proposed to create benchmark products combining artificial intelligence with the postal industry, targeting customer service, production operations, safety management, and other application scenarios. Currently, artificial intelligence technology in China has been actively applied in various aspects of mail and express delivery, including collection and delivery, sorting, transportation, and delivery. For example, the intelligent security inspection system in the postal industry has greatly improved security inspection efficiency, reduced costs, and effectively promoted the implementation of the mail and express safety inspection system.
