The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance issued a notice to deploy and implement the "Three Supports and One Fellowship" plan for college graduates in 2025. The notice specifies that this year the central government will support the recruitment of 34,430 college graduates to go to grassroots levels, to the western regions to engage in teaching, agriculture, medicine, and rural revitalization services, and localities can appropriately expand the recruitment scale based on actual conditions. The recruitment plan will tilt towards poverty-stricken areas, western regions, and northeastern regions, and increase support for revolutionary old areas, ethnic areas, and border areas. Efforts will be made to solve the "unsuitability of water and soil" issue and better implement the capacity enhancement plan. Strengthen training and use of "Three Supports and One Fellowship" personnel, enhance daily management and support services. Broaden channels for retaining personnel at the grassroots level, and increase efforts to attract and retain talent in the western regions. Strengthen tracking and training, and take multiple measures to encourage personnel who have completed their service period to stay rooted in grassroots work and entrepreneurship.
