Analysts told The Paper that if it fails to sell on the first attempt, the starting price for the second auction may be reduced to 786 million yuan. Currently, the Dali Shili Hilton Hotel is operated by the main entity, with the ownership and hotel brand cooperating in operations. They have signed a management agreement regarding the operation and maintenance of the hotel, with the brand responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel. After the transaction, the bidder can negotiate and sign a management agreement with the hotel brand.
