Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: By 2028, the national public computing power will basically achieve standardization and interconnection.

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on May 30th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Action Plan for Computing Power Interconnection". It proposes to establish a relatively complete system of computing power interconnection standards, identification, and rules by 2026. In terms of facility interconnection, it will promote new high-performance transmission protocols to enhance the level of network interconnection between computing power nodes; in terms of resource sharing, it will establish national, regional, and industry computing power interconnection platforms, unify and aggregate public computing power identifiers, and achieve the interconnection of public computing resources of leading computing companies nationwide; in terms of business interconnection, it will promote the interconnection of various businesses such as computing, storage, and networking, to achieve cross-entity, cross-architecture, and cross-regional scheduling of computing power supply and demand; in terms of application scenarios, it will carry out pilot projects for the computing power interconnection test network, enabling the widespread use of computing power in industries. By 2028, the basic standardization of national public computing power interconnection will be achieved, gradually forming a computing power interconnection network with intelligent sensing, real-time discovery, and on-demand access.
