There are a total of 530,000 bridges and 2,273 tunnels on rural roads. All towns and administrative villages with necessary conditions have been connected by paved roads, and construction of paved roads in larger natural villages and communities has been carried out in an orderly manner. The issue of paved roads connecting tourist attractions, industrial parks, and resource-rich rural areas has been basically resolved, forming a rural transportation network with "external connections, internal links, smooth village connectivity, and safe and convenient access".
