Trump issued a lengthy post in response to recent court rulings on his trade policies, stating that the decision by the U.S. International Trade Court regarding the tariffs needed by the U.S. was unbelievably unfavorable to the country. Fortunately, a panel of 11 judges from the U.S. Federal Appeals Court has just suspended the ruling. The decision of the U.S. International Trade Court is so wrong and so politicized! I hope the Supreme Court can quickly and decisively overturn this terrible, nation-threatening decision. This terrible decision indicates that I must have the approval of Congress to impose these tariffs. In other words, hundreds of politicians will be sitting in Washington for weeks, even months, trying to determine how to charge countries engaging in unfair trade practices against us. If allowed to do so, it will completely undermine the power of the president the presidency will be very different from before!
