The Shenzhen Stock Exchange recently organized a collective performance briefing for listed companies with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, inviting companies such as Zhongtung High-Tech, Tongrun Equipment, Changchun Technology, and Yachuang Electronics to participate. The company's chairman, general manager, financial controller, and other core members engaged in face-to-face communication with investors. Participating companies are utilizing mergers and acquisitions tools to either expand their core business, broaden their business scope, explore overseas markets, or accelerate the development of new productive forces. Overall, since the release of the "Six Regulations on Mergers and Acquisitions," the scale and activity of the mergers and acquisitions market in Shenzhen have increased, with nearly 800 restructuring projects disclosed.
