China Aerospace StarMap responds to the suspension of relevant qualifications: Currently appealing, the suspension of an individual company does not have a significant impact.
Zhongke Xingtu has released an announcement, stating that the company is suspected of engaging in irregular and untrustworthy behavior in the procurement activities for project number: 2024-JH01-F2101. As a result, the company's qualification to participate in the nationwide materials and engineering service procurement activities has been suspended by the Maritime Purchasing and Asset Management Bureau, in accordance with relevant regulations for military supplier management, starting from May 28, 2025. In response to this, a relevant person in charge at Zhongke Xingtu replied to Yinishi Finance, stating, "We are currently appealing. The ban on individual companies does not affect the participation of Zhongke Xingtu in specialized field businesses, and the impact is not significant. The banned business income was less than 4% of total revenue in 2024 and less than 6.5% in the first quarter of 2025." Additionally, the announcement indicates that the company's overall operations are normal, and contracts signed before the suspension date are still being executed as planned. This matter does not involve any administrative penalties and does not meet the criteria for mandatory delisting as specified in the rules for listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board.
