In the period from January to April 2025, global car sales reached 30.26 million units, with new energy vehicles reaching 6.18 million units. The sales proportion of new energy vehicles in the world reached 27.6% from January to April 2025, an increase of 1.3 percentage points compared to the full year of 2024, showing a relatively strong state. The share of new energy vehicles in January-April 2025 reached 20.4%, with pure electric vehicles accounting for 13.5%, plug-in hybrids reaching 6.9%, hybrid vehicles accounting for 7.2%, and the proportion of electric-internal combustion hybrids increasing.
