Wisdom finance and economics APP news, Treasure Island (603567.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bozhou Chinese Herbal Medicine Commodity Trading Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bozhou Trading Center") plans to acquire 49% equity of its holding subsidiary Guizhou Shennonggu Health Industry Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guizhou Shennonggu") . After the acquisition is completed, Guizhou Shennonggu will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bozhou Trading Center.
