McKinsey has laid off more than 10% of its employees in the past 18 months.

The Financial Times of the UK cited unnamed sources reporting that McKinsey has reduced its workforce by more than 10% in the past 18 months. The media stated that the consulting firm currently has about 40,000 employees, whereas its most recent number of employees announced at the end of 2023 was over 45,000 people.
