Ctrip: To establish a 1 billion yuan tourism innovation fund.

On May 26, Ctrip Group co-founder Liang Jianzhang and CEO Sun Jie announced several strategic initiatives at the industry summit held by Ctrip: First, the establishment of a 1 billion yuan tourism innovation fund, aimed at supporting breakthrough and innovative developments in the tourism sector, and rewarding projects and individuals who make outstanding contributions in the field of tourism innovation. Second, strategic partnerships have been reached with several international hotel groups from Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia to elevate the standards of hotel services in the region through joint marketing and service upgrades. Third, cooperation with 10 domestic destinations and 5 overseas tour groups to establish a "two-way service hub" in response to the national strategy of promoting inbound tourism.
