According to Zhitong Financial APP, 3 transactions were recorded in the top 10 housing estates in Central Plains over the weekend, a decrease of 57.1% compared to the previous week, setting a new low in 16 weeks. The number of housing estates with no transactions has increased to 8, with none of the four benchmark housing estates in Kowloon recording any transactions.
