Wanye Corporation establishes a new technology company, which includes the business of semiconductor lighting devices.

According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Xian Guang Yuan Yu Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yu Shuting as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of semiconductor lighting devices; manufacturing of electronic special materials; manufacturing of electrical signal equipment; manufacturing of power facility equipment, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Wanye Enterprises.
