Institution: The proportion of residential transactions over 120 square meters in 20 cities has increased.
According to data from the Zhong Finger Institute, the structure of residential product transaction area has changed compared to the same period in 2024. From January to April 2025, in 30 representative cities, the proportion of residential units larger than 120 square meters increased, indicating a continued release of improvement demand. Among them, Nanjing, Qingdao, Dongguan, Quanzhou, and Ganzhou all saw an increase of more than 8 percentage points in the proportion of residential units larger than 120 square meters. In terms of the total transaction price structure, the proportion of products with a transaction price of over 10 million in Beijing was 24.9%, an increase of 8.7 percentage points from the same period in 2024.
