CICC International: Maintains Target Price of HK$64 for Fourth Paradigm (06682), Rated "Buy"

Zhitong Financial APP learned that, CICC released a research report stating that it maintained a target price of HK$64 for Fourth Paradigm (06682) and a "buy" rating. CICC pointed out that based on relatively stable gross profit margins and continuous optimization of expenses, it is expected to achieve adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 13 million by 2025. In the first quarter, revenue increased by 30% to RMB 1.08 billion, with revenue from Prophet AI platform/SHIFT intelligent solution/AIGS service increasing by 61%/decreasing by 15%/decreasing by 22% year-on-year, and Prophet AI platform accounting for 74.8% of revenue.
