Huajin Securities: A-shares may continue their short-term trend of volatile strength.
Huajin Securities research report pointed out that new consumption may continue to outperform relative to traditional consumption in the short term, and the A-share market may continue its trend of volatile strength in the short term. In terms of industry allocation, it is recommended to continue to focus on technology and some consumer-related industries in the short term.
1. Industries such as media, electronics, computers, and power equipment have relatively high valuation and low sentiment. First, the forecasted PEG (price/earnings-to-growth ratio) of power equipment, automobiles, media, electronics, computers, and machinery equipment is low; second, the trading volume of communication, media, electronics, and computer industries is historically low.
2. It is recommended to continue to allocate on dips in the short term: first, industries such as computers, robots, media, electronics, and communication that are benefiting from upward trends in policies and industries; second, industries such as innovative pharmaceuticals, new energy, food, social services, and retail that may see marginal improvement in fundamentals.
