Sunshine 100 China announces that the company has learned that Haitong International Securities Group Limited has sold a total of 521,153,000 shares of the company pledged by Lexin Holdings Limited in the public market on May 21, 2025 and May 22, 2025. After the sale of the shares, Lexin still holds 563,379,439 shares of the company. After the sale of the shares, Lexin is no longer the controlling shareholder of the company.
