Xinjiang issued the latest "Cultural and Tourism Industry Cluster Development Plan". According to the plan, by 2030, Xinjiang will build a trillion-level cultural and tourism industry cluster. By 2025, Xinjiang is expected to receive more than 320 million domestic and foreign tourists, achieving a new high in tourism revenue.
