Publicly offered REITs continue to achieve record high yields, with the highest reaching nearly 50%.

Since the beginning of the year, the yield of public REITs has continuously hit new highs. As of May 23, the yield of Huaxia Dayuecheng Commercial REIT and Huaxia BaiLian Consumer REIT has both approached 50% since the beginning of the year. Recently, these two REITs have experienced large increases, with their closing prices on May 12 and May 13 respectively deviating from the benchmark price by 50% for the first time, resulting in a one-hour trading halt the following day. Additionally, 19 REITs have seen yield increases between 20% and 40% since the beginning of the year, with 40 REITs exceeding a yield increase of 10%.
